Conference Proceedings

What Are Conference Proceedings?

Conference proceedings are published records of conferences, congresses, symposiums, or similar academic meetings organized by societies or associations. These publications usually—though not always—include abstracts or reports of papers presented by participants.

Why Publish Conference Proceedings with EDU Publishers?

Traditionally, conference proceedings were published only in printed format, which limited their accessibility and reach. To overcome this limitation, EDU Publishers promotes online and open-access publication of conference proceedings, hosted by academic and research institutions. Our digital publishing model enables conference organizers to share scholarly content globally, increasing visibility and academic impact.

Conference Proceedings Publishing Process at EDU Publishers

Step 1: Submit a Proceedings Proposal
Conference organizers submit a proposal by providing conference and organizer details. The EDU Publishers team evaluates the information for accuracy and compliance with publishing guidelines.

Step 2: Complete the Agreement
After successful evaluation, a publishing agreement is signed between the organizers and EDU Publishers. The agreement becomes effective once a minimum advance payment is made. Until then, organizers are not permitted to use our publisher name.

Step 3: Announce Publishing Collaboration
Organizers receive official article templates and logos for use on the conference website. EDU Publishers also posts the conference announcement on its blog for participant verification. Organizers are responsible for peer review, and all accepted papers must be submitted before or shortly after the conference.

Step 4: Complete the Payment
The remaining payment is completed, and the final invoice is issued. After copy-editing, a galley proof is shared with the organizers for final proofreading and approval.

Step 5: Final Publication
The final conference proceedings are published within one week of galley proof approval. Publication links are then shared with authors and organizers.
